Shipping policy

We are highly committed to an efficient delivery. We believe in fresh roasted coffee, so it should get to you as soon as possible. That's why we ship through experienced shipping companies. The shipping price is ₪20 all across Israel.

If your order ₪250 or more the shipping is free. It is important to understand that in order to get the free shipping your net payment needs to be ₪250 or above, it means that if you have a discount code on your order, your net payment still need to be ₪250 or above in order to get the free shipping.

We will process your order as soon as we get the payment confirmation. Then we will have to check if we have the coffee already roasted or if we will need to roast it and pack it. This will take up to 2 business days. After that, the delivery company will pick up your order at our place and deliver it to your address within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the city you live (to bigger cities the delivery is usually faster and to small towns, kibbutzim, moshavim, etc it will probably take more time). It's necessary that you provide us with your accurate phone number so the delivery company can contact you before the delivery.

You can also choose pick up at our coffee shop with, obviously, no shipping cost. In that case, please allow us at least 1 business day to come and pick it up. That's because we need to check if we already have the roasted coffee or we still need to roast it and pack it. Anyway, we will contact you through WhatsApp as soon as it is ready for pick up.
